• How do I store Shilajit?

  Store the jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the lid is closed tightly after each use to prevent moisture from entering. If the resin hardens in cold weather, simply place the closed jar in a cup of warm water for a few minutes to soften it.

• How should I consume Shilajit resin?
